What is Bim ?

A 3D Model is worth a thousand words, but BIM tells you the whole story Building Information Modeling captures and guides the whole process right from design through to operations, all from one location that can be worked on simultaneously and in real time.

Why use BIM in your company ?

BIM is a must for large property owners who have to hold onto a large volume of information. On the day of delivery to the client, there can be as many as 10,000 documents and drawings of the building. In the end the client has all the information in the cloud.

Manage your BIM projects in the cloud with Chapoo

Sheet Metal design done right with BricsCAD

Creating new sheet metal parts or reworking existing ones? BricsCAD is your best choice. It is free of conceptual mistakes of history-based MCAD software. You will never need to restart your design from scratch, because we guarantee maximum flexibility for changing your models by combining the freedom of direct modeling with the power of feature-based design.

Why BricsCAD Sheet Metal

With BricsCAD Sheet Metal you can start working from whichever design phase you’re in.

1) Create or import and unfold sheet metal parts without limit, including lofted bends

2) Rework your sheet metal part without limit

3) In manufacturing more than 80% of the imported sheet metal parts from a CAD program are not ready to be manufactured

BricsCAD Sheet Metal features one-click sheet metal parts unfolding. The software automatically detects and highlights any colliding bends. Once your design is ready for production, simply convert it to .dwg and .dxf files. You can add annotations for manufacturing with CAM systems.

1) Junctions and Reliefs

2) Feature Coloring

3) Lofted Bends

4) Batch Processing
